Conception is a profound moment where our lives until this point compound and collide to make way for new. It is the beginning of an end.
And before conception there is yearning.
To be Pregnant. To hold a Babe. To Birth. To be Mother.

This offering is something I myself have yearned for in my own preconception journeys. This is an offering to fill the space that is so sacred on our journey to Motherhood. It is for you if you wish for a deeper rememberance of becoming Mother that goes beyond the question "and are you planning on having (more) children?".
Because our journey to Motherhood begins long before we Birth our babies and even long before we concieve. Conception is a profound moment where our lives until this point compound and collide to make way for new. It is the beginning of an end.
And before conception there is yearning.
To be pregnant. To hold a babe. To Birth. To be Mother.
My offering to you is a space where you can unload. Where we can explore your child wish and curate a conscious conception.
Conception isn`t a moment to be surpassed. It lays the foundation for our Birth and our Mothering.
We Concieve how we live, with the habits we carry with us.
We Birth how we concieved, with the patterns present at the moment of Conception showing up.
We Mother how we Birth, with the lessons from the Birth guiding us.
It is my dearest wish that all women may be supported to experience the interconnectedness of the Rite of Passage to Motherhood so that she may have an easeful transition. Imagine having a feminine companion walking alongside you from the moment you felt the first nudge to become Mother, celebrating your pregnancy, witnessing you in your Birth and holding you in postpartum. Holistic care. Continual care. Feminine care.
I also acknowledge that conception journeys take many forms from planned and wished for, to spontaneous and unplanned and longer journeys of yearning and grief and journeys of loss.
This offering is for you if you feel called to be supported in preconception no matter where you are at in your journey.

My offering to you
Sessions are always individual and based on what is arising for you. You may choose whether or not your partner joins. Our meeting unfolds over 2-3 hours and may include:
~ Menstrual cycle charting + understanding fertility
~ Understanding your own Birth imprint
~ Connection to Spirit Babies
~ Building body literacy and rekindling your relationship to your sexuality
~ Integrating previous Birth experiences incl. Abortion and Loss
~ Walking alongside you with your yearning and grief.
